How a property match score works
In short: A match score turns a long list of projects into a ranked shortlist, with the reasoning attached, so you can compare options on the things that matter to you rather than on marketing.
What the score represents
Propli gives every project a score from 0 to 100 based on how well it fits what you have asked for. It is a relative guide for comparison, not a verdict, and it always comes with the reasons behind it so you can judge whether those reasons line up with your own priorities.
What goes into it
- Value: how the project compares for what you get.
- Location: connectivity and proximity to where you spend time.
- Growth potential: how the surrounding area is developing.
- Suitability: how well the configuration fits your stated needs.
How to use it well
Treat the score as a starting point for a conversation, not the final word. Read the reasoning, ask follow up questions, and weigh the factors against your own situation. A lower score with the right reasons can still be the right home for you, and Propli will tell you why something does not fit just as clearly as why it does.
Propli puts all of this into one conversation. Describe what you want and it searches, scores, and verifies projects for you.
