Delete your Propli account
Propli is an AI-powered real-estate brokerage app operated by SIMS Infotech (“Propli”, “we”, “us”). This page explains how to request deletion of your Propli account and the personal data we hold about you.
1. How to request deletion
Send an email from the address registered on your Propli account to hello@propli.io with the subject line “Delete my account”.
Please include the following details so we can verify your request:
- The full name on your Propli account
- The email address linked to your account
- The mobile number linked to your account (if any)
We will confirm receipt within one business day and complete the deletion within 24–48 hours of verifying your identity.
2. What gets deleted
When your deletion request is processed, we permanently remove:
- Your account profile (name, email, phone, city preference)
- Your buyer preferences (budget, BHK, localities, timeline, family details)
- Your AI chat history and any voice transcripts
- Saved properties, site-visit bookings, and ratings you submitted
- Push-notification tokens linked to your devices
- Authentication records (email/password, Google, Apple, phone OTP links)
3. What we may retain
A small set of records may be kept after deletion only where the law requires it or to defend legal claims. Specifically:
- Transaction records for completed property deals (invoices, brokerage payouts, KYC) — retained for the period mandated by Indian and UAE financial regulations (typically up to 7 years).
- Anonymised analytics — aggregate, non-identifying counts (e.g. “how many users searched a locality”) that cannot be linked back to you.
- Audit logs for security and fraud-prevention purposes — retained for up to 12 months in encrypted form.
Everything outside this list is permanently deleted from our active databases and from backups within 30 days of the request.
4. Effect of deletion
After deletion, you will be signed out of all devices and your account cannot be recovered. If you wish to use Propli again, you will need to sign up with a new account.
