Prestige Evergreen is part of a massive 107-acre township which is very reassuring. The 80% open space and 3 swimming pools set it apart from anything else in Whitefield.

The 100,000+ sqft clubhouse is incredible — padel courts, pickleball, spa. Everything a modern family needs. Slightly premium pricing but the Prestige brand is worth it.

Booked a 3 BHK here. The location on Varthur Main Road with proximity to Nexus Whitefield Mall and the lake views make this a winner. Construction quality is top-notch.

Good variety of configurations from 2 BHK to 4 BHK+Maid. The floor plans are efficient. Only concern is the distance to the metro, but the upcoming infrastructure should help.

Prestige never disappoints. The Evergreen project has one of the best amenity lists in East Bangalore. The cycling paths and jogging tracks across the township are amazing.
