Birla Trimaya is an outstanding project. The 52-acre township with 73% open space feels like living in a resort. Airport proximity is a big plus for frequent travellers like me.

We booked the 2 BHK and are very happy with the pricing. At ₹1.32 Cr near the airport, this is excellent value. The lake view amenity and massive clubhouse are great additions.

The 1 BHK option at ₹92L is perfect for first-time buyers. Birla Estates has a strong track record and the Devanahalli corridor is set for massive appreciation.

Great project with 50+ amenities. The kids play zone and skating rink are fantastic for families. Only wish the possession was sooner than December 2031.

Invested in the 3 BHK+Study. The Devanahalli area is booming with the airport expansion and Aerospace SEZ. Birla brand gives confidence in quality delivery.
